Job description: A self-motivate UK Marketing Manager is required for a premier provider of complex hosting, application management, and managed Cloud services for the enterprise market. The company provides customized and scalable solutions, leveraging its industry leading hosting infrastructure; full suite of managed services; and custom and packaged application life cycle management expertise. More than 1,500 customers depend on the company for customized solutions delivered through its global footprint, comprised of state-of-the-art data centers supported by approximately 650 professionals The successful UK Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development, execution and analysis of lead generation and lead development programs. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing demand creation programs that drive sales pipeline growth and revenue. The successful candidate will have experience developing innovative, targeted demand generation campaigns including all program types both online and offline. The Marketing Manager will develop campaign plans, execute them and continuously analyse and improve program performance. Key Responsibilities: - Create and successfully drive awareness, adoption, and usage of the company\\\'s services through
innovative and effective programs, including events and tradeshows, webinars, online marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, promotions, etc. - Provide overall program management, target audience segmentation, design input/coordination and
copy creation. - Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to target technical decision makers and
developers throughout Europe - Coordinate list generation; email/direct mail campaign execution and measurement.
- Develop creative briefs, manage copy and content creation and work with other resources to
produce campaigns. - Take the lead role on webinar production and webinar program management.
- Monitor and analyse relevant data across the marketing and sales process to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.
- Successfully manage multiple, complex timetables in a collaborative fast paced environment.
- Liaise with UK analysts, editors and journalists to deliver a coherent and consistent
view on the company. - Liaise with US Marketing lead to ensure an aligned marketing program between UK and US.
Requirements: - 5-7 years technology marketing in the B2B space
- Graduate or equivalent education
- Proven experience with all marketing vehicles both online and offline required.
- Salesforce.com experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills. Must be able to formulate analysis plans and gather, analyse, summarise and present performance data.
- Exceptionally strong project management skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally
- A self-starter who can work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
